Indian by birth and Earthy (like Martian ;-) ) at heart..

Trained and Qualified as a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering. Currently pursuing M.A in Political Science, at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.

    • I agree :-) If the ancients weren’t so wise, I feel we would still be barbarians… and in times of possibility of nuclear wars, am afraid we would come off worse than our ancestors..

  26. Hey there, I found out the answer to why you’re not getting emails when I (and possibly others) post. You need to go to your reader and hit the “edit list” button next to Blogs I Follow. That will take you to a page of all of your blogs and there is a tab for each about email notifications. Most likely they are set to “never”, so you will have to change each to “immediately”. Hope this works!

    • Thanks for taking so much pain to inform me, but I already found the solution.. Earlier I had Hit the Follow link on the top bar… which changed to Unfollow, but it does not do the “Follow by email” function. So I clicked on the Follow button in the widget, which works fine :-)

  39. Hi Asifa, I was wondering if you could do me a favor. My blog was deactivated by WordPress earlier this week because it got flagged as spam. I contacted WP to reactivate my blog b/c it’s not spam, and they did. However, things have been a little wacky since then. For example, for the last two days I have not had any international viewers– they’ve all been from North America. This is odd, because I normally have a few international views everyday. Will you tell me if my blog is coming through? I want to determine if A) my blog for some reason has a limited audience and if I should contact WP or B) no one outside North America is reading me, and in that case, I’ll just deal with it. Thank you for your help with this!
